• Notify us of any pre-existing damage to surfaces before work starts.

Liability & Damages:

• We take every precaution to protect your property; however, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or unexpected outcomes due to the age or condition of surfaces.
• Any claims of damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

• If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns.
• We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues but do not guarantee the removal of all stains, mold, or discoloration.

Use of Customer Information:
